Likes

The company is good if you are looking for a better work environment and average pay grade. However you need to be good in sales to survive in this particular industry. The company does reward you for quaterly performance.

Dislikes

There is no growth when it comes to promotions. There is no appraisal system here. Taking leaves is also a mess here. The shift keeps changing each month with the week offs and there is no work life balance here.

TTEC India is a work place where you can grow according to your abilities. They pay best salary in the industry. We have ample chances to learn skills and improve our knowledge. If you have potential, definitely you will be promoted and get hike in earning. Training by efficient training department, full floor support by leads. One good thing, you can approach any one up to top level management for any issue, no need not to go through any channel. Frequently the management , HR and admin persons visit floors to check 'Everything is Fine' and interact with employees to know their problems. Top level management is down to earth. You are encouraged to undergo various educational courses and the company shares the fees amount. As regards to work culture, everyone worked in a relaxed atmosphere. Besides work, company organizes various events for employees - sports, cultural activities and so on. Good food on subsidized rates. Besides employees, the company thinks about the general public of town also. Every year a Charity Walk is organized; employees and civil population willing take part in this health conscious walks and also donate for charity. The amount collected is doubled by the VP and paid to chosen organizations. All the policies are cleared to employees before joining, new policies are circulated and refreshers are circulated for employees at regular intervals. The company is self supported do not owe any amount to any agency or Bank; it is running within the financial resources available to them. Salary is always on time. I worked with TTEC India (previously known as Motif) for 6 years as regular employee and for 3 years on contractual basis. It was a pleasure to work there. One cannot describe everything about TTEC in short paragraphs, better, join TTEC, work there and assess, what is TTEC.

This company is a monster. They (Mr. Bharat and his HRs) are not upfront about their intentions of "hiring you at the least possible salary". They waste your time conduction interviews and tests, and in the end just before the offer letter is to be issued, they trap you in a situation of "take it or leave it" by changing all the terms and conditions in order to drastically reduce the salary. I was well aware of the company politics that go on within this company, the opposite gender partiality of the male managers in terms of promotions and incentives but I couldn't imagine it was this degraded. I already experienced this all even before joining the company, I can only wonder how filthy it could have been after joining the company. Take my advice, as a fresher who doesn't understand cheap office politics and only intends to work with his best efforts and be rewarded for the same, DON NOT APPLY FOR THIS FRAUD COMPANY.

To be honest nothing worth appreciating

...cularly within the Gujarati community, which creates an unfair work environment. There is little opportunity for learning or growth, and the salary offered is quite low compared to industry standards. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that they provided an experience letter to an employee who was involved in inappropriate behavior towards female colleagues. This shows a serious lack of accountability. On the other hand, employees who faced issues related to coupon abuse or caste discrimination were not given the same consideration. It feels like casteism is at its peak here. Another major issue is the management style. If you disagree with your manager, Mr. Pratik, they will find a way to push you out, regardless of your past performance. There seems to be a complete absence of ethics; he doesn’t think twice before jeopardizing someone's career. Overall, my experience at TTEC has been extremely negative, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

On time salary, quick promotion,their is work life balance.

Dislikes

In area of salary hike increment the policy should be more flexible. As increment is a area of opportunities. And yearly increment policy needs to be changed as an employee joining in the month of January will have to wait for 1.5 yrs for his first increment which is very unfair so basically their should be 2 increment cycle or else the increment cycle should be as per joining date.
