However, if you value a healthy work environment, it's better to look for other opportunities, as you will likely lose your peace of mind and feel directionless. The work timings are also quite demanding, requiring employees to be available from morning till night, with just a few hours of break in the afternoon—provided there are no mandatory meetings scheduled by management. Unfortunately, HR does not disclose these expectations during the hiring process, adding to the overall lack of transparency.

Everything. Director of Product in India is a fool, knows nothing about product management, don't know which fool hired him. He is a scrap made up of bone and flesh.

Incredible disappointing experience. The management is beyond terrible, complete lack of communication, transparency and respect. Recently they laid off more than 500 employees without any prior warning or notice, leaving many in shock. The way layoff was handled shows a complete disregard of the wellbeing of the employees. Management behavior is very unprofessional specifically who are onsite.
