Too much politics in departments or senior management level . Nobody help in any problem and nobody guide or helps One book of values who is never found till now and anything if you have done by mistake , its a value issue

NOTHING,SUCH A WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN THERE'S NO RESPECT NOTHING. .YOUR LIFE WILL GET SPOILED IF U JOIN HERE.NEVER JOIN HERE.THEY WILL PLAY WITH YOUR CAREER LIKE ANYTHING. THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING HERE.LALA COMPANY.

YOU WILL GET EMAIL ID AFTER 3 MONTHS,IF YOUR LUCK WORKS.YOU WILL GET SALARY AFTER 2MONTHS DELAY. YOU HAVE TO USE THEIR SIM WHICH THEY HAVE PROVIDED.NO LEAVE WILL BE PROVIDED IF SOMETHIG HAPPENS TO YOUR FAMILY.. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL ,YOU CAN BE TERMINATED AT ANY POINT OF TIME WITHOUT ANY NOTICE PERIOD WITHOUT ANY REASON.

Only Salary which always comes late and after so many approvals and so many data being shared for each employee

Dislikes

Poor work culture Chairman forces people to go on gemba- instead he goes on NH, Diwali etc to make people forced to come to plant and not celebrate with family Calls people in a group and then fires them without having any solid reason and explanation. Now making full and final for all the employees to force them to join on contract.

...tion, Growth and good package to only Campus Joiners. Worst for Lateral hires 2. Improper parameters for Salary, & Growth 3. Forceful operational challanges like Locking Laptop, High time on Gemba, etc
