Poor work culture Chairman forces people to go on gemba- instead he goes on NH, Diwali etc to make people forced to come to plant and not celebrate with family Calls people in a group and then fires them without having any solid reason and explanation. Now making full and final for all the employees to force them to join on contract.

Zero job security Zero growth There is no fixed date for receiving the salary. Salary is credited after 15th of the next month. There is no professional. Employees, manager, HR lacks basic communication etiquettes and their behavior is very rude and unprofessional. Timings are very strict. If you are late even by one second you will lose your half day salary. If you forgot to mark your leave on the same day you will lose your entire day's salary. Taking any kind of leave is a significant challenge. Even if you're sick, your manager may still expect you to come to the office. Planning a leave a month in advance doesn't help either, as you'll likely face criticism because most people don’t take leaves, even when unwell. The work culture is borderline inhumane and toxic, with unreasonable expectations that are nearly impossible to meet. The entire promotion system lacks transparency, and growth is often granted based on favoritism or when an employee decides to resign, rather than on merit. The work culture is extremely toxic, and you will waste your time and energy navigating office politics and constantly changing policies. Your job profile may even be changed without your consent.

The salary is significantly higher than the peers.

Salary is always delayed: Normally comes around 15th to 25th of every month Half day's salary will be deducted even if you are a minute late Upper management has no power. They are just yes-men who just implement any ridiculous idea from the chairman just to get more money from him You can get fired at any point for any reason like taking a leave on a National Holiday. Except for Ludhiana, people at all other locations have to work in shifts 6 days a week. The day off may also not be on Sunday. The company is always firing to make positions for college grads that they hire without interviewing. You may be given a laptop without internet access and no external mail rights. The laptops are chained to desk with Kensington locks. Verbal abuse in meetings a daily occurrence. Using personal SIM is not allowed, if caught phone will be confiscated for 2 months. People completing 5 years are fired before the 5-year term to not pay them Gratuity. The company does not give any relieving or experience letter. Salary withheld during notice period paid out after 6 months at the earliest. Taking 10 days leaves within 3 months can result in suspension or salary would be withheld. Only 40 minutes breaks are allowed for having lunch otherwise pay would be deducted
