...ers. They trust on young blood. So i start my carries with trident as a fresher. Moreover they provide a good package to fresher.

They didn't recognize to hardwork employees. As always chamcha employees are good to take reward from Trident. I think trident required to improve this area.

Salary is good compared to industry standards

have terrible working environment, seniors do not respect their juniors they use to talk in a way that they have bought them, no timeline for any task, everything is urgent, do not understand employees issue, no proper training to new employees, ego satisfaction is the only thing required , no timings to stay in office, they require you to be available 24 hours

Toxic work environment where one person calls all the shots. No stability and consistency in giving salary. Sometime you get it on 8th of next month while sometimes it even extend to 20th of next month. No job stability or security you can be fired anytime

...tion, Growth and good package to only Campus Joiners. Worst for Lateral hires 2. Improper parameters for Salary, & Growth 3. Forceful operational challanges like Locking Laptop, High time on Gemba, etc
