Company being managed by a few crooks who will go to any length to ensure their favorite people get better posts and hikes. Real workers are discarded as trash. Management takes decision on just hearsay without looking at facts.

Pay is all fixed. No concept of variable pay until Senior Technical Lead.

Job security is very less. Be prepared to move out if you don't get any project. There are very less clients so very less chance to get the new project.

Nothing good to highlight. The company is good and they have good policies and benefits but work culture is bad. Some accounts are good but most of the projects driven by some individuals who do not have ethics and empathy

Good HR policies. Good health insurance policies Flexible timings (Based on Project) Good Team mates Trianz organizes lot of sports activities also you can play carrom/TT during office hours if you don't have work.

Some mangers plays politics so deserving one doesn't get benefited less salary increment
