Top Management worst.Lot of politics.No development projects. Relying completely on support projects.Aggressive firing. Don't spare fresher's too and simply fire them.Hire people on one Technology and force them to work on other Technology.Many more......

You will learn a lot but won't get the opportunity to use that in a project and in turn that learning won't be of much help.

Being a fresher to the company it's a great experience. Gained good knowledge and met some amazing people.

Compensation and benefits for the good worker isn't recognized..may be it depends on the project too.

When I was working in company. I learn lot think. They are sending multiple clients. Each client having different environment. They are using different types of technology.

Compensation is decent, but growth is less. The work pressure is less. Something I have working more than 10 hours.
