Company's work culture is good. Also, there is work flexibility and you get to work with leadership team. Not much work pressure and they have remote working in place. There is no issues with taking leaves, management is understanding.

Dislikes

...promotions. No standard performance evaluation. No rewards or recognitions. Salary hikes are given generally after 2years of tenure which is also not satisfactory. You might find repetitve and boring work, hence no learning and development. If you are someone with no career aspiration then this is the one for you. You will find folks with zero integrity, people with no career aspiration, zero competition. All these factors can become little demotivating after working for a certain period at trianz.

...ives the chance to develop your skill. Work-life balance is also good at Trianz. Compensation and benefits are also similar to the market.

You will learn a lot but won't get the opportunity to use that in a project and in turn that learning won't be of much help.

Nothing good to highlight. The company is good and they have good policies and benefits but work culture is bad. Some accounts are good but most of the projects driven by some individuals who do not have ethics and empathy

Company being managed by a few crooks who will go to any length to ensure their favorite people get better posts and hikes. Real workers are discarded as trash. Management takes decision on just hearsay without looking at facts.
