I've learnt so much from this company. Job security, salary date, leave policy, flexible timings are the only good points about this company.

Politics, Eve Teasing by team of BBV, worst managers like B singh, Hitesh, Mandeepinder.

Salary gets credited on 1st of every month. They will try their best to adjust you in other projects if you are on bench.

Dislikes

Alot of office politics, Favouritism is there. No big projects. Coward, incapable, egoistic, self obsessed Managers like Hitesh and other management leaders have ruined prestigious projects of the company. There is no vision, roadmap they have of their own. They are just puppets of the client. They are calling employees to the office but managers, HR themselves don't come. Management should hire bold, good decision maker manager's who can maintain a balance between client and the resources.

- Not growth - Poor management. Management Dons are always there who never let you grow ahead of them - Limited projects - Hire and Fire method - They hire at remote but they will force to join office location city at any moment.

Honest review: 1- A lot of work pressure and workload. 1 person tasks = 2 person's tasks they think. 2- Requirements never get clear from client. 3- Manager will never appreciate your efforts. 4- Nobody knows what's going on in project. 5- Very complex tasks there so I doesn't recommend fresher or 2 years experience candidate to join. 6- If you are a married person please think twice before joining this company. No work life balance "working from home means" = "you can work more then 9 hours" here average person work 10 to 11 hours. It's up to you you need money or a perfect life balance.

No job security…they will terminate you when they have to give bonus.

Some Leads are 0% supportive they want someone who knows everything without even giving any training…they switched our domains and also layed off employees giving baseless excuses.
