Dislikes

Alot of office politics, Favouritism is there. No big projects. Coward, incapable, egoistic, self obsessed Managers like Hitesh and other management leaders have ruined prestigious projects of the company. There is no vision, roadmap they have of their own. They are just puppets of the client. They are calling employees to the office but managers, HR themselves don't come. Management should hire bold, good decision maker manager's who can maintain a balance between client and the resources.

Honest review: 1- A lot of work pressure and workload. 1 person tasks = 2 person's tasks they think. 2- Requirements never get clear from client. 3- Manager will never appreciate your efforts. 4- Nobody knows what's going on in project. 5- Very complex tasks there so I doesn't recommend fresher or 2 years experience candidate to join. 6- If you are a married person please think twice before joining this company. No work life balance "working from home means" = "you can work more then 9 hours" here average person work 10 to 11 hours. It's up to you you need money or a perfect life balance.

Flexible working hours and best work culture. If you have good equation with the Team members and your seniors, your life will be pretty good. More than the company, I sure you that you will have some of the most amazing people to work with. Been there for quite some time and knowing most of the people there. I can assure you that if you are having a good offer, then this is one the best company with best people.

Sometimes you will face politics or feel favoritism. Salary is less. There might be times, when there is policy change in company, and you are informed that your new salary is decreased as much increment you were supposed to get this year. But that was just one time, other than that it is a good company.
