...en You Deside Join But I strongly Recommend Please Never Join The Torrent Power. Suppose If you Are Salary nagation Done After That he was sign The bond 50000Rs Or more as per Designation and this amount will deduct every years and bond Time limit was 5 years So you Deside. In plant area your higher management was not good Also Manpower shortage Management forcefully Work carried out Field person. If you work good but not appreciated to you. If you are resign the company Management Frustrate you And Not Reliving And Attitude and behaviour change and township facility given but area was remote location and nearby area not any shop so you basic need was satisfied. Transportation connectivity problem. Medical facilities not. Good Some time doctor available some time not available. If you any emergency so you need own vehicle.leave policy not good and shortage manpower you can not leave and work extra hour and company not given Overtime Or Conpesantry Off . In short Many Problem Are There you Deside Join Or Not Join If you are join the please Care about..

Good only for the initial start journey. For learning a new skills regarding power distribution sector.

Dislikes

Salaries are not as per the value of engineers. Salary revision is not done. After 3 years you feel like the salary packages are same for new recruits and you.

My Teammates(all executive and assistant manager only)are great and very friendly...

Dislikes

First of all,After joining I didn't get any kind of on job training,secondly salary is not decent compared to work you do,third HR is boss here and non other employees has value,fourth Engineer are only named as officers but treated as labours,fifth HR policies are very poor and not friendly,six the company is not employee friendly,seven lots of politics based on the state you came from(for example: If ur from Gujrat then You will get good Appraisal and fast Promotion as compared to candidate come from other state only because Company is from Gujrat and All the higher Management are Gujaratis)..and last but not least except health insurance you do not get any benefits PS: All my experience is based on location Mumbai.
