Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing, didn't take the bait

Dislikes

...e availed only after achieving target. No perks other than salary and incentive. Salary is good for people with no or very less experience. I told the HR I want to join a company not a hellhole. Paid money doesn't justify the work salary should be higher. I didn't even go for interview.

Great people to work with. Salary was decent.

Dislikes

Everyday was working till 12 in the night including all sat sunday. wednesday was holiday. HR did a lot of miscommunication during hiring regarding incentive structure and JD. No work life balance. Extremely high attrition rate.
