They can fired and laid off any employee any time without any specific reason and salary is also too much less. Manager is treated a employee like a slave.

I like the work culture of the thrymr where employees encouraged, appreciated, and supportive. They truly care about the wellbeing of the employee. Thrymr is the best place learn a number of things in the less duration and it's helps to find the core talent of the employees by giving opportunity too work in a various domain.

Ceo take sessions on leadership but he will not follow. Role discrimination mainly from Lucknow head and team. As per the entire team QAs are nothing and they really don't need QAs in project. And if it is internal project then won't even treat you as an employee. Even freshers will treat senior most QAs as just buffoons. Even CEO had same feeling on QAs. Strong suggestion to Thrymr is please do not hire QAs if you think that they are not really helpful.

This is one of the worst company ever. It has no culture no respect nothing. You have work for long hours and none of them will help you. Some people in the office are good. But the way management treats employees is horrible

Attitude of the management towards employees is not workplace friendly . If you are female employee, you have to be careful from the top executives. You may face unwelcome proposals.They can take advantage of your situation. Think twice before joining if you don't want any quick job switch.
