No growth in knowledge and salary even if you are top performer they won't give you appraisal. Support projects only.lti was better company but after merger it became worst.this year also appraisal delayed inspite profitable growth in q1.

There is nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

If you on the bench for 2 months they force you to resign. After the resignation they only give you basic salary for notice period and mainly the notice period time is less then one month. They will not let you serve full notice period.

The only thing here is job security and work life balance that also depend on project, manager and client.

Dislikes

Poor salary hikes, no clear Communication from upper management whats happening in company, lack of good long term projects.

The employee benefits are great . The process to get compensation is not too lengthy and we can get our bills passed without much effort .

Dislikes

The management of the company is not too great as there is communication gap between different Business units and different departments in the company which leads to employee dissatisfaction . If you are joining in as a fresher you might not get the projects in the technology in which you are trained .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
