They have no value for their employees. They do not give salary on time. There is too much miscommunication and miss management. No one wants to rectify mistakes. Once done is done, may the employee surfer management does not care one bit.

Worst life balance, promotion is like giving penny to beggars, only promotion without salary hike, no job security they will fire you without even a notice and they won't pay you 3 months or 6 months salary,

Good salary for freshers, i used to work in chat support it was so relaxing at the start, but after few months they added new things which was a bit pressurizing, however it is cool

Working days which is 5.5, i used to work in norton which is premium process, they should at least provide 5 days working like all other premium processes do

They terminate the employees without any reason..when u ask for resignation letter,they will ask to pay Rs2000..as they have terminated u during the probation period..fake and worst company.. their motto is hire and fire

Salary is on time. Everything is very systematic.

There is no job security. There is a Manager in Teleperformance Kolkata whose name is Atindra Nath Chaterjee. He always want to Terminate employees for Personal Benifits. Teleperformance Management should terminate this kind of Manager.
