Infosys' first priority is money. The compensation is never upto the amount of work you are doing. Shift allowance is the worst. HR team is the most laid back team I have ever seen. There is no job satisfaction.

biggest fraud Infosys BPM t, PF amount 15000 pending cases since 2 years. No salary hike in 3 yrs, toxic, torture environment. Too much of work, short team size. no Standard Procedure Followed. infosys ltd has diferent standards and Infosys BPM has no standards at all. they hires more girls so that they can run busines like anything, no rules followed

Good work environment and culture. Team mate's are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits for long term employees are very poor. No band correction as per market standards. Ready to pay 40% hike for external hire but not even 10% for internal resources.
