No work life balance in recruitment team. They give 3%hike on salary each year. No promotion, No learning. They ask to work on Sundays without comp off. On paper it's 5 days working, but the recruitment team is working for 6 days, sometimes on Sundays as well.

The company hampers the work life balance. I have to work for long hours without any appreciatio.My team was good but my managers were pathetic.

There is a positive working environment within my team and kind of projects we get are very different from each other providing learning and development opportunities.

The salary growth and appraisal are very poor. There is hardly any salary growth here.
