Being working as a scrum master, I have an easy reach to senior management. I almost daily coordinate with directors.

Dislikes

Worst standards of salary compensations. Absolutely no rewards and recognition programs. And not to mention, I have a blood sucking manager. (Well, that could be subjective for others)

...or survival, it is ok. for a support functions, there is no work life balance. very poor compensation n benefits, its already pre decided. IT policies are in complete mess. Finance process works like any government company.

Alot of politics , favouritism, after good stack ranking no appresal, Management and last but not the least stupid people with no knowledge are getting hike and good people with skills and knowledge regarding job are leaving the company. Tp is really a reputed company with such a good process but due to the politics the people this process gunna shut down one day .. and it's gunna lead a huge impact in employee.
