People are not supportive, not a single person if we have any isse we share with TL and AM they don't listen also company doesn't have system for agent still they are hiring new employees, system, mouse headphones everything is worst here, i am gonna leave this company soon.

Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max

Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

...ion regarding leave requests, requiring detailed explanation for urgent matters. Accidentally, the salary is below expectations and despite raising complaints about pay discrepancies, there has been no action taken to address my concern.

The management is so useless that you get a lot of free time at training. You just sit there and waste your productive time.

The company has no beneficial policy. Not at all employee centric. They say they pay better salary then other companies in the market, that's true the CTC is high but the net what you get in hand is nothing compared to that. They claim money for everything even for your pf they claim the employee and employer both contribution from your salary only so the company pays nothing to be precise. The work life balance is nowhere to be found cause they will make you work for 10 hours a day without paying any OT. Very cheap company, they lie. Don't trust them you won't get any cab facility even if they tell you that you will get.

...sguided by trainer, in day 1 recruiting for TCD, in day 4 transfer to Primary... Salary hold for no reason... The total job is dependent on customer response i.e Yes, No. If you get no...Tl will forcefully do logout for 1hr and mark as half day present. And you will get half salary. Client service is not so good, delivery partners are failing to give service...for that reason customer give NO but it shows in my bucket.. In certification phase the total authority want to send you back to the home, only some trainers are trying to do their job bt the management team don't want any employee after 3-4 months. 70% of the training batch got terminated due to various reasons.. At 1st month of training nothing happened...like no training done...2nd month training started.... only 8days training done(u'll nothing learn). After this u have to take calls for 4-6 hours...for 2wks. After this u have to take full time calls(8:30hrs). Many times you will try to certify yourself...bt they give you false reasons & keep you in training position... I this situation the TL & maneger are giving you very bad treatment, i.e misbehave, pressure, logout, mark half day present, misleading information, At any cost they will terminate you. Then same happens with the next batch. Huge hiring bt after 3/4 months all are terminated. No job security, salary hold issue.. scamming people, makeing peoples career bad.
