There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

...a is worst in Tele performance. After you resign she will ask for money Rs 3000. Salary in TP is Rs 12888 only, no transport allowance and wfh benefits. No internet allowance also. To do their work you have to use your income.

If we thrash out here other than salary so we can consider it as a friendly TP" coz we have no pressurise here and they also respect every religion with same humanity mainly you'll have a quick response on each and every scepticism, my overall experience about working here is competent.....so to start your career you can easily choose TP.

The cab service is the worst thing in TP, the vendors are just to eat money by clubbing the employees, a simple definition.... employees start their day using their cabs but if we stuck in that we can't survive a remaining day happily,so TP need to improve this seriously.

...ise this issue lots of time but they didn't take any action regarding this they. Here management discriminate instead of motivating, those who were hired after us, their salary is more than us. Very bad experience
