Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max

Dislikes

Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

It's a pleasure working with Teleperformance DIBS. Specially in covid 19 lock down we work from home and have our jobs safe as well. Even in our process we hired 1000 executives who's company got shut down and they are job less.
