There is a positive working environment within my team and kind of projects we get are very different from each other providing learning and development opportunities.

Dislikes

The salary growth and appraisal are very poor. There is hardly any salary growth here.

Apart from salary, incentives, promotion hikes, appraisals and employee benefits everything is good. The only reason to leave TP is that PROMOTION HIKE is 10 % and yearly appraisal is 500 rupees max

Dislikes

Hiring is not good. TP hires anyone and everyone. For agent level all you need to do is plead and state you belong from a weak economic section of the society and you will get selected. Management is poor in terms of tasks getting done.

Salary is being credited is the only good thing.

Toxic work culture Worst managers and hr No WLB Employees are humiliated and criticised(especially female employees) 3 months notice period with salary on hold for 3 months and fnf post 45 days

Location & my Colleagues' were too good. Rest nothing was impressive.

The management. Salary hike. After 3 years got the promotion. However new associate's salary was higher than me. It was a terrible feelings.

No end engagement at all after completing login hours in the system still the company deducted my one day salary without any prior intimation no HR is supportive they are only showing they will support but they are not supporting HR only care about there Axis clients they don't care about there own genuine employee still I have not receive that one day salary as HR informed me that i will get that in erase amount but not receive yet so unfair with employees

No employee satisfaction not even thinking about there employee
