This company is not any career growth. Only working in same category. Salary is very low. No one talking about salary increment. Overtime is too more. only overtime money is given our needs

...raisals...only overtime/weekend work we got more money ....no career growth ...basic salary is very low...target is high ...if we need money for certain period we can work in this company..otherwise no career growth is there...

Work environment with the peers, i.e., managers makes the subordinates feels comfortable with each and every part of learning and never judge us professionally.

Salary as per work load i.e, I am not satisfied with the salary being paid although I am multilingual and in a BPO sector working with multiple language is a deal. No OT benefits, food cards, transport benefits nothing

They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. So much Partiality in promotions. i dont suggest any other employee to work there and now work from was closed ,all emplyees under work from home lose their JOBS now.
