Pretty much nothing apart from the fact that the job is secure. They won't throw you out coz the attrition is anyway always hitting the roof at any given point of time. (there a few process that prove to be an exception)

Dislikes

No growth opportunities at all. The company pays extremely low as per the work profile and there are absolutely no compensation benefits. Transport is terrible with highly unhygienic non AC cabs and a mismanaged staff with practices, very reluctant to go out of the box and comfort zone.

Work environment is good and when u work hard easy to promote.

Salary is not upto the mark to my hardwork. Working more than 10hrs. Getting calls after our shift completes. No proper hikes, allowances and they didn't think about their staff needs

Nothing since we do not have job security. Any time they can ask us to leave the organisation

Nothing. There is non security. Any time they can to leave. No salary and designation increment. Only work personal relationship.

Work environment with the peers, i.e., managers makes the subordinates feels comfortable with each and every part of learning and never judge us professionally.

Salary as per work load i.e, I am not satisfied with the salary being paid although I am multilingual and in a BPO sector working with multiple language is a deal. No OT benefits, food cards, transport benefits nothing
