Initially during OJT it's was good but after handing over to TL, we have to login for 8 hours. Salaries came on every 5th of the month and it was going smooth

...te 8 hours login and take my experience letter and leave and never come back. But TP rarely offer you Experience letter, once you leave the company, they will release the last month salary but full and final settlement would be done after few days and this is the time when they shoot in you back saying you need to clear the penalty of Rs xyz for your experience letter.

Overall experience with company was very good , culture was friendly , it was like working with family.

Dislikes

The things which I dislike the most is that company is not providing incentives and extreme low annual salary hike, there is also very slow growth. Talking about politics , here I observe that only those people are growing who have good connect with their TL/managers. Tenurity is not taken into consideration. no internet charges being provided,

...ut as soon as possible. The higher management is the worst, utterly incompetent. And many a times you would be denied the mandatory salary hike after completion of a year giving absurd reasons and not following up on that.

...you to work on the same system with the same efficiency as on a good working PC. Basically They are an unreasonable bunch of morons, and There will be many a times when your salary will be delayed for 15 days giving baseless reasons.

Teleperformance provides security for the jobs and its has a good working experience for the freshers mainly.

salary structure issues only they have to increase the range of the salary based on the market values and also starts 5 days working as an international process there.
