I don't know about the company but i believe it will be good but I know about my team and that is the worst team i have ever worked with.. the team leader is so biased that if you butter her then she will allow u uncountable half days, uncountable break and if you finish ur break then she will give you tl break and numerous benifits bit if you fail you butter her or do as she says then she will intentionally haras you like cancel your 2 months before planned leaves, throwing water on your face or intentionally asking every other employees not to talk to you and if they talk to you then she will also do the same to you.
...and give you fake promises and then they will not provide the bare minimums.
3.Salary is very low for freshers to experience person.
4.The behaviour is very rude and bad by the the admin ,bhr , trainer and everyone.

...ion regarding leave requests, requiring detailed explanation for urgent matters. Accidentally, the salary is below expectations and despite raising complaints about pay discrepancies, there has been no action taken to address my concern.

Salary hold for no reason...
The total job is dependent on customer response i.e Yes, No. If you get no...Tl will forcefully do logout for 1hr and mark as half day present. And you will get half salary.
Client service is not so good, delivery partners are failing to give service...for that reason customer give NO but it shows in my bucket..
In certification phase the total authority want to send you back to the home, only some trainers are trying to do their job bt the management team don't want any employee after 3-4 months.
70% of the training batch got terminated due to various reasons..
At 1st month of training nothing happened...like no training done...2nd month training started.... only 8days training done(u'll nothing learn). After this u have to take calls for 4-6 hours...for 2wks. After this u have to take full time calls(8:30hrs).
Many times you will try to certify yourself...bt they give you false reasons & keep you in training position... I this situation the TL & maneger are giving you very bad treatment, i.e misbehave, pressure, logout, mark half day present, misleading information,
At any cost they will terminate you.
Then same happens with the next batch.
Huge hiring bt after 3/4 months all are terminated.
No job security, salary hold issue.. scamming people, makeing peoples career bad.
...s is done before girls because intelligent people will definitely understand it. So MNC will tell hr in advance that salary is confidential so that you will feel ashamed to say it yourself. Now what do you do with your choice I went with my opinion.
