Being working as a scrum master, I have an easy reach to senior management. I almost daily coordinate with directors.

Dislikes

Worst standards of salary compensations. Absolutely no rewards and recognition programs. And not to mention, I have a blood sucking manager. (Well, that could be subjective for others)

...or survival, it is ok. for a support functions, there is no work life balance. very poor compensation n benefits, its already pre decided. IT policies are in complete mess. Finance process works like any government company.

...our problem. The seniors are not supportive. The work environment is very toxic. I work one month there, they are not giving my salary worst company, I ever Work. I will not suggest anyone to work there.
