...i had only class 12 from ISC board. Couldnt afford colleges as i have no family. The pay offered i would say was better even though i only had a 12 pass certificate, additionally me being from Eng-Med school made it a lot easier. After working in TP for 4 months then finally saved money to pursue BBA distance. I started to take inbound calls of how to install the software on your computer or explaining the person that he is not hacked he just clicked a fake page and on the screen it says you are hacked and call me, so things like that. I was workin g for the campaign where they handled cyber security and Idendity theft. When i say this i m not exaggerating but promotion is baised/nepotism. After applying IJP(Promotions) which you can fill up after 9 months, so finalyy when i had completed 10 months i started filling IJP no response then it became a habit everytime i used to hear my training batch mates all leaving the company after 3 4 months without even serving notice as it was not worth it. I literally filled like more than 100 IJP and when filling those i made sure to read the requirements and qualifications but only after 1.2 years after filling 100+ IJP i got a call and was promoted. 21 months after joining as a agent picking around 35+ calls a day exceeding expectations nothing none of the work i performed as an agent was appreciated ever but i used to read the survey the customers left and if they write your name in the survey means that you helped the person to the best for which he is filling survey and wrting such things.

Operations department are thw worst kinda people you can meet. Only after interacting with them that i got to know that yes such people also do exist.

Worst life balance, promotion is like giving penny to beggars, only promotion without salary hike, no job security they will fire you without even a notice and they won't pay you 3 months or 6 months salary,

There is no job security. There is a Manager in Teleperformance Kolkata whose name is Atindra Nath Chaterjee. He always want to Terminate employees for Personal Benifits. Teleperformance Management should terminate this kind of Manager.
