Work from home which i like the most to do because i can manage my home too and salary was also quite better. Chat process is good for the person like me who is simply naive and kinda introvert. For fresher and students it's better to get income handy as this company gives the salary at 1st date itself.

They probably remove you if not then you might be lucky or even not after probation period and don't give any transfer to another process where you can be capable. Less job security and strict norms yet ethical but critical. TheIR ZTP norms are really terrifying for innocents.

There is nothing good to say about this company. Bad managers, bad team leaders, stupid rules. No matter what problem you have, any urgency, any trouble you face, these people will not let you take leave. If your house catches fire and you have to go home then the team leaders and managers of the company will ask you to go after a half day. Because whatever was supposed to happen has already happened, what is the point of going on now? So these types of team leaders and managers you will get there. You will have to take permission before going to the washroom, before going for the lunch break just like a school. You will feel that your school days are back. At the end of the day they scold you for not completing your targets and there is no etiquettes, manners nothing. Team leaders will talk to you as if you have asked for a share in their property. The managers will treat you like a servant. Everything depends on the politics of the company. You have to be involved in each and every gossip that is going on in the office (wheather it is good or bad); only then you will get promoted; otherwise, you are just a servant for them and nothing else.

Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

...ey don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

No worst working for . No one appreciate your work . Specially if you are part of IT team . My laptop has a SSD issue I had told my company n number of time but no one listen and it's been 1.5 year I have been telling about same to.multiple leadership. But uhhh . High leadership is just worst . No good changes . I missed time when vikas was our director . New leadership joins . Make useless changes remove alll our benefits . Decreased increament scale . Company show no appreciation for employee. You will never getting any bonus, no diwali or holi or new year gifts. Nothing . I hate that new management don't apreate there IT.
