For Learning it's good Company but we can not plane for long term life with Teleperformance however for starting exp it's ok

I don't like salary structure and politics of Teleperformance which they do with agent

I am ex employee of intelenet global services. Cafeteria,washroom and services are good.

Dislikes

Intelenet global services is good in every aspect except salary. salary is too low as compare to work. There is also some partiality at work place.

Likes

Only thing is training period is full of fun. Full salary benefits during training without pf cutting. Salary with check during training. Salary fixed on date 1st of the month. Trainers good. HR executives are friendly and good.

Dislikes

Practical training hours and practices are less. Less PC s for practice. Night shift is worst nightmare. TLs at night are mannarless. Cab facility poor. No timely reach at home. Poor canteen and tea or coffee machines. No variety in food. Gender inequality while shifting. All girls are given day shift. While all boys are given nights only. Training is done together only. I had asked for day shift only in interview. But gave me night only anyway. Poor and frustrating.

Don't go guys who are willing to join. TP makes you why we are living.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career

They did not have good management The management did not have knowledge about the work even the Associates know the work more than them and Management put so much pressure on employees.Even we dont have proper Time to Eat and cancelling the weekoffs. So much Partiality in promotions. i dont suggest any other employee to work there and now work from was closed ,all emplyees under work from home lose their JOBS now.
