Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. There no job security my process was going Swift other site of TP, and they submitted my resignation letter, after some struggle with company they transfer me other process and location, and that process training time i failed in ZHA test and they said i need to submit resignation letter because they don't have any other requirement.

Teleperformance agra give some attention to employee benefits you are not providing any cab facility and also the salary is very low, above mentioned facilities are provided by Teleperformance in noida or in ncr than why not in agra, just stop exploiting agra job seekers

...get negative information and promotion was given but it was off paper promotion.Which means you work 13 hrs a day and the salary will be 18k but you will work as a maneger

Hate this company they do not care about employees the ac is chilled so that you die due to pneumonia

If you ask me about the work culture so my friend it's one of my best nightmare. The only good thing is they pay a good salary that is the reason still employees work's with them. Company's work culture is horrible, adminstration is most faltu. There is no work satisfaction. In short if you are working with them so your life become a nightmare. You don't have much time for your family, friends ohhh evn u dnt have time for ur self. If you are good in buttering so please go with this company because this is the only way to get promoted. There is no security for women's. Yes they give a big big lecture on the hiring time but after joining nothing. There is some people on floor who can eat you with there eyes. Even they approaching you to go in bed with them. If you are not ok with that so..............., so I request you guys before joining think one's.

It was good environment but Higher management needs to improve in terms of decision making and trainers of my current process were not good in terms of morale and basic human behaviour.

Only salary structure and higher management decision making and HR department is too casual about answering and giving solutions to issues even arrogant.
