Its a company. It is giving us employment. I am surviving in my life its 2 years now & a I am eating my food daily sometime due to shift timing I skip it but thats okay its a company.

Dislikes

...literally nothing. Company and its policies does not provide support for growth. International processes offer salary similar to domastic one. If you are freasher you will end up sad and dippressed sometime you can get thoughts of some serious things. Biggest issue is the salary is not helping us. Incentives are really less in comparison to other companies.

I was in TP's Thane office. There is no proper seeting arrangements, no proper refreshment( very low quality of tea and water and food in canteen). Security is like harassment no mobile, smartwatch, pen,paper etc allowed in office. HR do not have any concern about employees benefit they are seated only to impress management. Simple Funda is Process over you are no more required, whether you are outperformed in earlier month. Manager are like to get work done at any cost and steal your incentives bonus and increament whenever possible.

They give good hike on salary to external hire employees. Existing employee do not get beneficial of that. Tenurity appraisal rate is very poor. Attrition rate is high only because of this.

Job security any time if management don't like they throw out, work culture very waste, company policies again it not equal to all it getting variance people, with same grade.

Dislikes

The employees in same level variable pay are been pay out different, some person who get Quarterly are getting 100%, the person who get on annually are getting only 50%. Suppose if we ask the same to management to explanation.
