Very less salary, arrogant management

Arrogant management, they think they are the best company in world (this is only their big mistake). Employee care is only for name sake. They do not care of their employees.

At teleperformance we are following the culture that was mostly motivational and promotion also we get as per our hard and smart work soon

I am working at a domestic one where salary slap was not good

...much the other person getting with the same profile for which you are hired for. Here hr are very much targeted and don't think about experts because they themselves getting very less salary so hire anyone with not deserving salary.

Everything is OK but still no job security until you don't have good approach with hire level.

Company give promotion after six months i think that is the best part of it. Dissatisfaction is company don't provide salary as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

There is a lot politics but some time it give opportunity to people who don't know anything if talk about appraisal yes only 1000 increase in a year.
