Nothing . The company is scam and Revolut client is 5th Class not even 3rd class .

First they will hire you and you will be in training , the training also not provided upto mark , and after that they will say we will conduct one assessment or milestone and if u passed in that then only u will get salary and u will be continued to work . Why the .. on earth 1st they should inform regarding the assessment then no one will be joined this 3rd class client , and the work pressure is very bad the target is 26 cases and for each case it takes roughly 25 minutes . I did worked there for 2 months and I could not able to continue because of toxic work environment and manager Ravi . very much politics will go around no job security u will be thrown out of the company at any minute .The transport facility is terrible and the salary will be credited on 1st of each month and that do night 8.30 pm its so frustating to wait for salary each month .( DONT JOIN THE COMPANY IM BEGGING GUYSS )

Salary is good but no other benefits like holidays and bonus.. Only you get overtime benefits..

There is no job security... No cab facility at night for some shifts for girls also.. You don't get holiday..

Don't go guys who are willing to join. TP makes you why we are living.

There is no work life balance, there is no proper salary , they are doing us with extra hours other than our shift timings , no proper timings , no proper week offs , full politics in office. No shift allowances, No two way Cab , they are doing just business with employee health. If we are doing night shifts ,if we ask for one day leave they were asking like where is documented proof. Don't waste your career

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

The fact that the promotions here are do not match the package they offer. other than that everything is fine.

There is a positive working environment within my team and kind of projects we get are very different from each other providing learning and development opportunities.

Dislikes

The salary growth and appraisal are very poor. There is hardly any salary growth here.
