Some people are quite friendly but tthe quantity of bad apples in this organisation is way more.

Dislikes

...o us by the leadership . So this reflects their philosophy on work life balance. The pay is way less than market standards and the amount of work assigned is way more than any other organisation at the same level They argue that they give a good learning opportunity but what they fail to see is that the domain in which most of their work lies i.e SharePoint doesn't seem to have much of a scope and so it is a scary situation if you have spent couple of years working in this because chances are that you'll be obselete. There are no perks and biasing between different teams is visible. Some manager are good but some are way too aggressive , to the extent that it feels like mental harrasment. They will get to personal insults and will start mocking your background which for me was the most daunting part and the deal breaker. Dirty politics is also a normal thing here. Now as I said earlier that some top level management seem nice but tbh if so much bs is happening under you I really don't understand how is it possible thay you are unaware of this. HR are really nice though and covid support was also good.

Good for people in project. Atleast they have something to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Almost half of people do not have work. No vision from the leadership. Not able to get any project and keep giving false hopes to engage employees. High attrition rate due to lack of project, lack of work, unprofessional management.

The Company was good when I joined, lot of great people with amazing knowledge and they are always ready to help anyone. But as the company grew it lost that quality in the employees.

Toxic People, False Promises, Learning will be stopped after few months then you need to work like a robot, Politics in this company are much bigger than Indian Politics.

1. No work life balance 2. Complete work from office 3. No flexibility of Work from Home 4. Company policies are not standard and vary from individual to individual 5. Managers or HR Department never understands serious health concerns to permit with WFH 6. No Projects but hiring people in the expectation that project would come and troubling employees to make them quit after hiring 7. HR department is biased with managers and operate as they like on employees
