Challenging Projects, good learning opportunities Free to use any tools/technology as managers are non-tech Timely salary WFH

Management Unrealistic expectations from employees They think AI like chatgpt and others are capable of delivering a project of 3 months in a week. Non-Tech manager they don't know the C of coding or technology they just know how to loot their clients Veri high uncertainty of job, deliever your project by morning and you will receive your termination by EOD if no more projects are aligned for you. No innovation , no zeal to learn new tools or Libraries everyone is working on old deprecated out dated tools only Only 1-2 guys are there who are there to pull everybody project No testing of project before going live or giving demo to client and if anything goes wrong developer will be held guilty and not the tester No ethics no morals this company just care about their profits via cost cutting I've seen 3 layoffs in a single year

I've reached a point where I can no longer overlook the glaring issues at Techahead Software. The promised salary increment, after months of persistent requests, was finally doled out as if the company was doing me a favor. It's infuriating to witness such a lack of acknowledgment for the hard work and dedication I've put into my role. The disconnect between senior and junior team members is not just palpable but actively detrimental. The toxic mix of office politics and back-biting has created an environment that is stifling, unproductive, and downright demoralizing. I've had enough. It's disheartening to see the complete disregard for basic professional courtesy and fairness. The company needs to take immediate and substantial steps to rectify these issues, or it will undoubtedly face a decline in morale and productivity among its employees

Salary is on time i.e 7th of every month

Dislikes

1. Asking to return the goodies when you leave the company. 2. Dont have good senior people in the technology. 3. If you work with them you will feel whether it's tech company or not. 4. BAs always keep things on verbal and changed the flow frequently. 5. Project manager are not capable to create the process and giving stress to the developer. 6. You will be asked to the development before the design is created. 7. Don't give QA the time to test the features and over burden with the projects. 8. You can be released from services any time and there is no job security. 9. Junior developer don't know how to talk with senior developer which come from different companies. 10. Developer use abusive language and management didn't take any right action. 11. Clients are abusing the team but they don't care to think for the solution. 12. The mental peace will be disturbed.

...agement always ready to help. The culture and working environment were positive. The salary always comes on time. Lots of growth opportunities were there, work pressure was not that much, timings were flexible. They also provide WFH.
