> Less Salary but more work, > Getting almost equal salaries for all the positions. There is no difference in Associate, SME, Team lead or Quality Analyst. > Politics at the time of IJPs and others. > No recognition for employees.

...ets charges in our full and final settlement even if you submit all your assets. Overall I can say there is no good increment or no salary growth (This is my honest review and no good support from HR department)

Many....no work life balance Transport clubbing issue No appraisal No extra perks Undeserving people get promotion Undeserving people are on higher management Currently in the poorest department of all no RNR if there is any in that too they award the managers and not the employees who has done all the hard work No appreciation

...sal or incentives No waiver on notice period No leaves during notice period...it is as per management not a leave or exit process Include compensation achieve part in package

The only good thing is they are providing two way cabs, that too sometimes cab will not be assigned we need to wait for 1 hr or 2 hr to get the cab and get back home

...y will get us out of project, Quality analyst will mark is down for no reason. Salary will not be given to you as per your package you will be getting less amount for the period of 4 or 5 months. Leaves are not given even for the emergency purpose, they want us to come to office for 365 days without fail. You will often get LOP for no reason
