...irector to hr... They acquire more and do nonsense things like nad and waste it. Make the appraisal worst and but the higher management have the best salary figures though they are not revenues enablers ... Attrition rate is very high which they don't care . Dear board members please consider my review and give good hikes to people who stay for long years

They will make you work like animals and you will get very less salary. For SME it's worst even if you are an associate you can earn something from perks and incentives.

There is nothing to like because of WFH during COVID I stayed in this company for long but now I am looking for options.

In terms of yearly hike they provide Medical facilities but basic salary remains Bench facility is awesome There you can find better project opportunities lower to your profile Guidance about the project from Junior

Dislikes

They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.
