This company will except people work for them all day night but when it comes to salary hike, they delays and don’t even pay the arrears. Also, the hike amounts are very less that you won’t even see much change in your salary.

All these relate to the TELSTRA process in Tech M. a) You will not get a full salary b) Lies during recruitment c) Most absconders I've ever seen are from this place. d) They have no idea who to put up in leadership e) Attitude to the peak HRs f) No respect for employees. g) They work illegally against international labour laws by not paying employees per hour and wait to put LOP for an entire work day and loot the money allotted for us that day. h) FEELS LIKE WORKING A DAILY WAGES JOB here,

Work balance. Work from home if you achieve the target

Salary benifts No hike and appraisal No promotions Even if they promote you, they ll not give u paper soon. Where u need to handle tha pressure without on paper.

No work life balance, the managers and TL will take undue advantage of their position, so biased. You can't take unplanned leaves ever if though you are dying doesn't matter to them.

...k pressure. They kill you to make sales which is not at all a part of the job. They pay you something completely different than what is promises during recruitment. TL and managers die to give leaves even during emergency. One of the worst companies I had ever worked for so far.
