Tech mahindra provide better salary aa compared to other company

Here management is too bad even the tech mahindra management don't know how much employees is roster too login today and some senior employees like AM and manager miss behave with female staff

As a company perspective , Tech Mahindra is popular comparing to other Indian MNC's. That is the only positive so far.

Please double check your offer letter for package details, as they include incentives with your base salary as well. that's the major loop hole. as we know Tech m, has only one client as of now, which is Verizon. incentives and benefits just don't expect them at all. its been 3 months I'm in this organization. I have total of 3 years of experience, worked with Cognizant and Amazon. I don't want to compare them, but due to circumstances , I had to. I wont recommend joining this company for a BPO role - sales, senior associate. you can join this only if your in deep need, completing with Certifications/PG.

I joined the company during Pandemic and where other companies were cutting off the salary I have not faced any issues regarding salary. During the pandemic also Tech Mahindra took proper care of their employees and was easy to manage the work life schedule along with personal life.

There is job security of every employee. Fix date of salary. A lot of branches in all over India.

Every year payment increment issue. If an employee is working from last 3 years so company should increase CTC of that employee
