There is a lot of people and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.

No promotions, salary hike, no bonuses. Rewards recognitions system is poor Team engagement activities are nil cause company doesn't want to spend on such things. Everything is transactional.

They will make you work like animals and you will get very less salary. For SME it's worst even if you are an associate you can earn something from perks and incentives.

There is nothing to like because of WFH during COVID I stayed in this company for long but now I am looking for options.

In terms of yearly hike they provide Medical facilities but basic salary remains Bench facility is awesome There you can find better project opportunities lower to your profile Guidance about the project from Junior

Dislikes

They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.

You will be fine as long as you're tagged to some project.

Dislikes

No salary hikes, no individual recognition, no clear project guidelines, poor management (the worst). If you encounter any problems during your work, no one will help you; you're on your own
