Learning is better than previous companies

...not even try to hire employees even if they said they need three more employees. Something is always deducted from salary every month and then, we have to wait for 1-2 months till manager send an email to HR and it gets approved. Something of the promoted TL don’t even deserved to be at that position.

The projects are good. Once you get a nice project and team members, faster growth.

Dislikes

Very limited interaction, could be due to covid situation but still extremely low interaction with other people so not much scope for growth and learning. You could get paid more for a similar role elsewhere

It was good experience working with tech Mahindra and not much salary deduction because HR will design your salary package that you will get confused HR policy system is very poor don't respond eon time and if I talk about my experience it was working there and managers were supportive

No appraisal No salary hike No promotion before 5 years HR behaviour is not good

... release the associate from the project neither gives approval to apply for IJP. I you are ready to work for more than one year with same salary package then you are good to go with techmahindra.

Skill development and learning are mandatory in TechM which helps people to grew their skills.

...l get the same increment as with the other people as it is default by the grade. And when it comes to bonus for any festivals, they will not provide any.
