Nothing to like about the traning.

- Was selected from the campus placement and was told about the internship which turned out to be a full time training with a trainer allotted to us -the trainer was not at all good 6 months just wasted from work from home and no new skills learned - the offer letter we got after 6 months of training had to be 2 years of bond and pay 1lak if we break it - additional they provide us retention bonus which we were supposed to pay if we leave the company after 24 months to 6 months , so basically it was for 30 months and this was not mentioned before for during the offer letter. - if you have experience pls don't join this company

I am good knowledge in my job.day by day my job skills and knowledge is increased.

... Hand for this job.This job is not improve my life and no benefits in my family.My on day salary is 4 singapore dollars and i have four years experience in this job.

Work life balance , can easily finish work and enjoy rest of time with family . Have lots of project so that even on bench can get project . People are friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation wise not UPTO the mark. Whatever you get at entry is the best , appraisal cycle not followed, 2-5% hike that too in couple of years .

Salary comes on time & brand value

Dislikes

No promotions, salary hike, no bonuses. Rewards recognitions system is poor Team engagement activities are nil cause company doesn't want to spend on such things. Everything is transactional.

Likes

They will make you work like animals and you will get very less salary. For SME it's worst even if you are an associate you can earn something from perks and incentives.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like because of WFH during COVID I stayed in this company for long but now I am looking for options.
