Dislikes

... months for no reason at all. - You might think you can WFH if you are on bench. You can, but they deduct some of your salary. - You will see your juniors join and experience the same things as you. Even though they have no projects they keep recruiting.

They use to put it on Bench to fresher. Poor growth for them.

Dislikes

Less Pay They don't take feedback for mentors and managers. They only take feedback for us. And review us on the basis of senior reviews. It really impacted our appraisal.

Teammates are friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. The new joiners doesn't have the flexibility to work under the project where they love to work.

They have asked to work in client location in that there are basic facilities like having our own desktop, each desktop having 3 people to work and that AC will get in to repair every week they will not provide any thing in night shift like coffee & Tea, even start up company will have more facilities
