Nothing to like about the traning.

- Was selected from the campus placement and was told about the internship which turned out to be a full time training with a trainer allotted to us -the trainer was not at all good 6 months just wasted from work from home and no new skills learned - the offer letter we got after 6 months of training had to be 2 years of bond and pay 1lak if we break it - additional they provide us retention bonus which we were supposed to pay if we leave the company after 24 months to 6 months , so basically it was for 30 months and this was not mentioned before for during the offer letter. - if you have experience pls don't join this company

Dislikes

No salary increments for years. Every year the appraisal cycle, band structure changes. Once the appraisal is done, increments are given after one year. If promotion is given salary increment is not given

Good for feshers, helping managers, ample opportunities to learn if your interested. Currently in hybrid mode, not forcing ti work from office for all associates. ( depends entirely on project management)

Dislikes

Worst salary hike. Not preferable to stay more 2 years. Knowledge saturation, You will be doing same type of work after certain period of time.

The things that I liked about techm were meeting new people whom I got pretty close with.

... for your efforts they harass you with more work..no recognition what so ever...spineless b**tards and for that shit salary they pay to the freshers they expect full dedication and on top of that we have to put up with their indirect harassments.

Salary during hiring, WFH facility

Dislikes

Hire & fire policy. Once the project is over they put you on a bench and then for 60 days you have time to get a new project. HR and managers from IBU are not reachable. Very hard to find projects, if you get a call then there will be 2 rounds of technical rounds. No sick leave policy. Worst hike and yearly appraisals.
