Work Life balance is worst. Leave system is really horrible. Taking leaves is a big task. Also no growth prospects visible. And just to be eligible for a promotion you need to be for 2 years in the organisation.

The work place were you would like to live life of turtle, slow growth more work and poor salary not to expect better appraisal and no extra perks.

... is always set high than employee current outputs or current deliverable output. Bad pay master for appraisal and also while hiring. Favouritism works here more along with decisions taken by management based on the feedback received from most favoured employees.

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

Throughout the training period, the trainers were extremely supportive, and during the production phase, subject matter experts offered invaluable guidance. Furthermore, the provision of a fixed rotational week off helped create a well-balanced work environment.

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.
