Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

Salary, Extremely poor L & D. Beyond pathetic incompetent HR. No appraisal for years. Rei,bursement is a nightmare. 1700 century mindset. Certain regional lobbies are well entrenched and can turn night into day

Upraisal process is unfair Salary Hike is very less Transport facility is very bad they will club different routes people in 1 cab which will cause a lot of delay for u to reach home if u r last drop and the cab timings are also too early for pickup for 6 am shift they pick me up at 4:20 am

Only thing you can like is worklife balance only when you make it clear to the management.

Dislikes

Absolutely unprofessional, management will lure into company with bonus or joining bonus and all but will terminate you or force you into resigning once the date is near and you won't receive the bonus. They say no targets but then slowly everything is made into a target. You're literally on eggshells clearing the target. Even then if you don't Suck up to management you Will be given some reason and chucked out.
