Salary and benefits are terrible. The company doesn't recognise the internal potential resources and give them good remuneration however will get resources externally with High cost. So once you join don't expect any salary increase

Tech Mahindra is one of the best companies to work with and specially for females it’s a safe place to work. Tech M provides equal opportunities to all and is a pleasure to be a part of the organisation.

Very slow monetary growth linked with appraisals and no promotional salary hike

There is nothing in TechMahindra for one can choose some likes ,(however you will few learning opportunities but they are really few )

Dislikes

Full of dislike , no good projects , meager compensation and salary hikes happen once in 18 months and that too meager ,they consider employees as beggars and given them penny in all areas . MANAGEMENT IS WORTH LESS ,POLICIES ARE NEVER REVIEWED and have been the same since ages (only changes happens in words and revisions are versioned without any real improvement from previous) , no growth, no challenging role to offer

I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Dislikes

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.

... to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.
