I like my job profile . Daily new challenges, exciting... friendly environment. Trainer support is always there , salary and appraisal is not there ..

There is no compensation no salary growth and appraisal.. people are working in same post for almost 3 to 4 year with no salary hike and appraisal

...t location or different city. If u raise concern they treat u like daily wagers. No hike in salary no worklife balance

... in attitude. 3) Not much exposure to latest technologies,process and standards. If you are very lucky then you might good project 4) minimal salary hike 5) Organization hierarchy is not impressive. Roles of associates not wel l defined

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.
