One thing I like about tech Mahindra is they promote others easily and there is a good cab facility for travelling home to office and office to home that's it

There is a lots of politics and toxic environment around and lots of pressure without any increment in salary there is no opportunity to grow and improve your..there is lot of pressure with low salary..

...t location or different city. If u raise concern they treat u like daily wagers. No hike in salary no worklife balance

... in attitude. 3) Not much exposure to latest technologies,process and standards. If you are very lucky then you might good project 4) minimal salary hike 5) Organization hierarchy is not impressive. Roles of associates not wel l defined

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.
